Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground turkey thigh
  • 1 lb Italian Chicken Sausage Can be found at Whole Foods Market
  • 1 med Onion chopped
  • 2 cans Kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 5 med tomatoes diced
  • 1 Can Libby's pumpkin puree
  • 1 Can/Bottle Gluten Free Beer
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Organic packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all to crockpot and stir. Cook on low for 6 hours. I added Daiya cheddar shreds to mine and scooped some up with chickpea tortilla chips. Delicious!
