Gluten Free Brisket Soup
A wonderful way to warm up on a cold day. Brisket, rice, onions and celery in a delicious broth that is cooke over several hours in your crockpot.

- 2 lbs Grass fed brisket
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 large Onion
- 2 Celery
- 2 tbsp Canola oil
- 2 tsp salt
- Water to fill crockpot
Add oil to large crockpot
With kitchen shears, cut brisket into 3-4 thick pieces and add to crockpot
Peel onion, cut in half and add to crockpot
Cut stems of celery, rinse and add
Fill the crockpot with cold water, enough to cover all of the ingredients
Add salt
Set the crockpot on low for 9-10 hours
About 30 minutes before meal is done, prepare rice
Once the brisket and rice are cooked it is time to prepare your soup.
Find the 3-4 pieces of brisket and a few of the celery stalks and place in a bowl. Cut up the desired amount of brisket in a separate bowl. Add desired amount of rice. Cut up and add the desired amount of celery. Add broth and enjoy!
Add salt to taste if desired.
