Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Lightly wet paper towel with canola oil and prep donut pan
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, xantham gum, and salt together.
In separate bowl measure rice milk, applesauce, oil and vanilla
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well using stand mixer.
Add batter to an icing bag, twist the top, then cut the tip of the bag
Squeeze batter into each mold and fill 3/4 full.
Bake 11-13 minutes and let cool completely before removing from pan
Fill a bowl with powder sugar and roll each donut into it until completely covered on both sides.
