Just before I completed my cookbook, I asked members in my Stay Gluten Free Community what recipes they really wanted to see and delicious pumpkin bread was on almost everyone’s list. The fresh squeezed orange juice in this bread is so perfect. Since I already had pumpkin muffins in my cookbook, I decided to share this amazing recipe here. *Leaving this bread with the oven turned off and additional 5 minutes after baking will help it better adjust to the change in temperature and prevent sinking.
