This week I was able to share 1 recipe from my new cookbook The Big Book of Gluten Free Baking. I couldn’t decide which one, so I let you choose between Pear Pecan Crisp and Skillet Cherry Cobbler. And do you know which one you chose? Yep, it’s cherry season so Skillet Cherry Cobbler it is.
And since I was able to share it all on social media, I thought it would only be fitting that I add the recipe here as well.

I always recommend that you use a scale, but as it is in my book, In case you need the conversions here they are. (they are also included in the back of my book)
- 100g of sugar = 1/2 cup
- 32g of GF AP flour = 1/4 cup
- 1350g of cherries = 6 cups
