So why don’t you treat yourself to a new dish. This Pear Pecan Crisp is perfect because it’s so easy to make.

In my book I recommend using my flour blend (recipe here) or King Arthur’s Measure for Measure. In this recipe the flour you use really won’t make a difference. Just remember that if your flour already has xanthan gum, there is no need to add more.
