This gluten free cake flour blend has consistently given me great results with my cakes and cupcakes. Mixing a batch in advance will allow you to pull it out whenever you feel like doing a little baking. It’s so easy and convenient and will give you better results than the store bought blends that are available.
Mix it up in a bowl with your whisk or put everything in a ziplock bag and shake it up well. No matter which method you choose, Just make sure to mix it up well.
Scoop it out as needed and store it in an air tight container for future use.
Gluten free cake flour blend
I use Authentic Foods Brand flours to make this blend and Bob’s Red Mill xanthan gum.
- 1 Cup Brown rice flour
- 1 Cup Sorghum flour
- 1/2 Cup Arrowroot
- 1 1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
