Dairy Free Creamy Tuscan Chicken

If you don’t make this Dairy Free Creamy Tuscan Chicken, you are missing out! I don’t know about you, but my dinners don’t usually make me feel like I’ve just had a wonderful meal at a restaurant, especially with picky kids. Our dinners are usually fast, simple and are more made to do the job, satisfy hunger. But when was the last time you made yourself an “adult” style dinner?

I do this occasionally, but not nearly enough. Being born and raised in an Italian family makes me crave pasta and bread a lot and this dinner certainly hits satisfies that craving.

I make it dairy free, but as with all my recipes, using dairy is easy.

I hope you enjoy this Dairy Free Creamy Tuscan Chicken as much as I did. I made it again last week and I was reminded that I hadn’t shared it with all of you yet.

If you make it as always, make sure to post a photo in our Stay Gluten Free Community and let me know how you like it.

P.S. My flour is back in stock and all PRE-ORDERS have been fulfilled and are on the way. I am already halfway through my supply so if you would like to try my flour from my cookbook The Big Book of Gluten Free Baking without having to mix it yourself, you can do so here
